SAN FRANCISCO -- Starbucks on Thursday reported financial results for its 13-week fiscal fourth quarter ending Sept. 27, 2020, with the consolidated net revenues of 6.2 billion U.S. dollars, down 8 percent from the prior year primarily due to lost sales related to the COVID-19 outbreak.

NEW DELHI -- At least seven people were killed and several others injured Friday after a vehicle carrying them overturned after skidding off the road in the southern Indian state of Andhra Pradesh, police said.

HANOI -- Floods and landslides triggered by the now-weakened Typhoon Molave in Vietnam's central and central highlands regions had left 23 people dead, 47 missing and 45 injured as of Thursday night, the country's Central Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention and Control said Friday.
The fatalities were recorded in Quang Nam, Dak Lak and Gia Lai provinces, while the missing and injured were reported in Quang Nam and Binh Dinh provinces, according to the committee. (Vietnam-Typhoon Molave)
