MEXICO CITY, June 1 (Xinhua) -- At least 12 people died and three were injured after a fire broke out at a rehabilitation center in San Jose Iturbide, a city in the central Mexican state of Guanajuato, the state Attorney General's Office said Sunday.
The office "immediately" launched an investigation to determine the cause of the fire, it said in a statement.
Personnel from the office, including criminal investigators and experts in various fields, were deployed to the scene to identify the victims and collect evidence, it added.
