Judge partially blocks Trump's anti-DEI executive order

OAKLAND, Calif. (CN) - A federal judge issued a mixed-bag ruling on Monday that prevents federal agencies from enforcing key parts of three executive orders against the San Francisco AIDS Foundation, which it claims affected its funding, violated its due process and free speech rights and unlawfully exceeded presidential authority through their unconstitutionally vague wording.
